Q: Where do I purchase my Season Pass?

A: Season Passes are available Here on our website.

Q: How do I redeem my Season Pass?

A: When you purchase your pass you are issued a Season Pass Number. You will use this number when reserving and picking up boarding passes for the duration of the season. Each season pass also requires a name to be linked to it, this person (with ID) must be present each time the pass is used to board a cruise.

Q: Can I make a reservation online with my season pass?

A: Yes, enter your Season Pass Number in the appropriate field on the payment screen of the reservation system. You can also make reservations by calling our office (651) 227-1100 during business hours Monday through Friday.

Q: Do you have to make a reservation to use the season pass?

A: No. You can present your season pass at our ticket window to get tickets as long as we have availability. However we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.

Q: How many times can we use this pass?

A: As many as you’d like! If you want to see us everyday during our season, we would love to have you!

Q: Is this too good to be true?

A: It’s not, we promise, it’s true!

Q: Who can I bring onboard with my pass?

A: The purchaser and one additional immediate family member may be associated with a Season Pass. One of these two people must be present (with ID) each time the pass is redeemed, beyond that, you can bring any combination of four people. The other three people do not have to be the same each time and they do not have to be relatives – and you do not need to have four people each time.

Q: What if I purchase the pass as a gift?

A: If you purchase a Season Pass as a gift (You're so thoughtful!), you'll use the recipient's name when you make your purchase. The Season Pass will then be linked to their name when they're reserving and picking up their boarding passes.

Q: For what cruises can we use this pass?

A: Our season pass is good for any of our Sightseeing Cruises. We begin running them Saturdays and Sundays in May at 2:30pm. Beginning Memorial Day we offer the sightseeing cruises everyday at 12pm and 2:30pm through Labor Day. Beginning the first Monday in June through the end of August we also offer a 6pm sightseeing cruise on Mondays. The pass is also valid on our Fall Sightseeing Cruises in September & October. It is not good toward any of our dinner, lunch, brunch, happy hour or specialty cruises including theme cruises or private charters. Q: Does the Season Pass get me a discount on other cruises?

A: Padelford Riverboats Season Pass holders also receive a 10% discount on up to 4 tickets for select non-sightseeing cruises.

The discount is valid for the following cruises: Sunset Dinner, Margaritas on the Mississippi, Lunch and Lock, Brunch Cruises, and Boo Cruise.

Meal cruises require advance pre-paid reservations. Reservations based on availability. When using the season pass holder discount, pass holder must present valid picture ID and season pass number upon checking in for a cruise. **ONLY VALID FOR 2018 SEASON PASS HOLDERS.**

Not valid with any other offer or discount. Not good toward performances or events on the Minnesota Centennial Showboat.

Discount not valid for Fireworks Cruise. Offer subject to change without notice.

Q: Can I just get this pass through your office?

A: At this time the Season Passes are only available online.
