For your convenience, all catering arrangements are handled by your Event Manager. A minimum catering order of $1,000 is required on Friday after 5pm & all day Saturday charters June through September.

Prices are subject to 7 5/8% state/city tax and 18% food service fee.

No food or beverages may be brought on board. The only exceptions are cakes: wedding, birthday, anniversary, graduation. The cakes must be produced by a licensed kitchen. We do NOT allow home baked goods to be brought on board.

Initial food orders are due one month before the cruise. At that time we need to know what you will be having and approximate number of meals. FINAL NUMBERS AND PAYMENT ARE DUE SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE EVENT. The amount of food cannot be decreased once final numbers are given. If you increase your numbers after final payment has been made, you must bring cash or credit card the day of the charter to cover the additional cost.

All meals include white linen tablecloths and white linen napkins, silverware and china.

Food is served one-half hour after departure unless otherwise requested. Please inform your Event Manager if you want food served at a different time.

Bar Service - Beer, wine, liquor and after dinner drinks-- $5.00 to $7.50 (Host Bar Options) Coffee, hot chocolate, and soft drinks also available at the Snack Bar.

Urns of coffee, iced tea, lemonade, fruit punch, hot cider and hot chocolate are available through catering.
