Where do I purchase my Season Pass?

What if I don’t know the email address of my gift recipient?
If you’re buying the pass as a gift and you aren’t sure of the recipient’s contact info, you may put your own email in as a placeholder and we can change it for you later. If you DO know your gift recipient’s email, you may confidently put it in the Season Pass Contact form, we promise we won’t spoil the surprise, only the purchaser gets an email confirming the purchase. How do I redeem my Season Pass?
When you purchase a Season Pass you will be issued a Season Pass Number. This Season Pass Number can be linked to your account on our reservation system for easy online reservations (Instructions below). Alternatively you can call or come to the ticket office for a walk-up ticket, however we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation. When you call or come in person we will just need your name to make your reservation (You will still need to present a valid ID of one of the pass holders when checking in for your cruise)
How do I make a reservation online with my Season Pass?
When you go to purchase tickets online for a Sightseeing Cruise click the green “My Account” button at the top of the ticketing area.
Select one of the secure third party accounts to log in with (using these third party logins is the best way to keep your data safe and secure).
Select your account and approve/authorize your account (RocketRez is our ticketing software, which is technically what is requesting permission at this point).
The system should remember your login information on future visits, unless you’re on a different device.
Next you’ll need to verify your Season Pass Number to your account. This is also a one time process, you’re almost there!
On the My Account screen you’ll enter your Season Pass Number and click the Verify button. Click Email and a verification code will be sent to you. Retrieve the 6-digit code from your email and enter it on the My Account screen. Click on your name. You’re verified! Click the Save button in the bottom right corner.
The system will now remember your Season Pass information when you log in. You should now be able to select a sightseeing cruise and your Season Pass will automatically apply up to the four adult tickets allowed per cruise (Select Adult tickets to apply your discount, even if you have Children or Seniors in your party).
You can select additional tickets and optional add-on items like drink tickets or Hot Dog Lunches and purchase them with a credit card.
What if I don’t have a Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or Twitter account?
Unfortunately this is our best option to keep your information as secure as possible at this time. If you don’t have one of the mentioned accounts and/or are uncomfortable creating one or logging in with it, you’ll have to call in or walk up to our ticket office to make a reservation with your Season Pass.
Do you have to make a reservation to use the season pass?
No. You can present your season pass at our ticket window to get tickets as long as we have availability. However we cannot guarantee availability without a reservation.
How many times can we use this pass?
The Season Pass is good for up to 4 tickets per Sightseeing Cruise. There is no limit to how many Sightseeing Cruises in a season. If you want to see us everyday during our season, we would love to have you!
Is this too good to be true?
It’s not, we promise, it’s true!
Who can I bring onboard with my pass?
The purchaser and one additional immediate family member may be associated with a Season Pass. One of these two people must be present (with ID) each time the pass is redeemed, beyond that, you can bring any combination of four people. The other three people do not have to be the same each time and they do not have to be relatives – and you do not need to have four people each time.
What if I purchase the pass as a gift?
If you purchase a Season Pass as a gift (You’re so thoughtful!), you’ll provide the recipient’s name when prompted while you’re making your purchase. The Season Pass will then be linked to their name when they’re reserving and picking up their boarding passes.
For what cruises can we use this pass?
Our season pass is good for any of our Sightseeing Cruises. We begin running them Saturdays and Sundays in May at 2:30pm. Beginning Memorial Day we offer the sightseeing cruises everyday at 12pm and 2:30pm through Labor Day. Beginning the first Monday in June through the end of August we also offer a 6pm sightseeing cruise on Mondays. The pass is also valid on our Fall Sightseeing Cruises in September & October. It is not good toward any of our dinner, lunch, brunch, happy hour or specialty cruises including theme cruises or private charters.
Does the Season Pass get me a discount on other cruises?
Padelford Riverboats Season Pass holders also receive a 10% discount on up to 4 tickets for select non-sightseeing cruises.
The discount is valid for the following cruises: Sunset Dinner, Margaritas on the Mississippi, Lunch and Lock, Rib Dinner Cruises, and Brunch Cruises.
Meal cruises require advance pre-paid reservations. Reservations based on availability. When using the season pass holder discount, pass holder must present valid picture ID upon checking in for a cruise. **ONLY VALID FOR CURRENT SEASON PASS HOLDERS.**
