Monday Madness

Monday riverboat cruises include an evening departure time and have a price you won’t believe! The narrated public excursions run for 90 minutes. Sights along the way include: the St. Paul High Bridge, Pig’s Eye Cave, the Minnesota River mouth, Pike Island, and the timeless splendor of the mighty Mississippi River.

All Sightseeing Cruises offer a fully stocked bar and limited snacks available for purchase onboard (please no outside food or beverage).

Stop down with some coworkers or bring the family for our 6 pm. cruise. Enjoy 2-for-1 beers and relax as we journey from Harriet Island up through the Great River National Park.

Road Closures
Detours information

Wabasha Street Closure 6/20 – 8/31

  • Starting June 20, 2023, Wabasha Street will closed to thru traffic south of Plato Boulevard. Wabasha Street is scheduled to be closed until August 31, 2023.
  • Wabasha Street Detours:
    • Southbound traffic will be detoured to eastbound Plato Boulevard and then southbound Robert Street to Wabasha Street.
    • Northbound traffic will be detoured to northbound Robert Street to westbound Plato Boulevard to Wabasha Street.

  • Local access will be maintained to streets, businesses, and properties on Wabasha Street between Plato Boulevard and Robert Street. To access properties enter Wabasha Street from the south at the intersection with Robert Street.
  • Pedestrian access will be maintained on the east side of Wabasha Street through the intersection with Plato Boulevard. Sidewalk will be closed on the west side of Wabasha Street south of Plato Boulevard.

Plato Boulevard Closure 6/19 – 6/24

  • Starting Monday, June 19, 2023, Plato Boulevard will be closed to thru traffic between Wabasha Street and Ohio Street. This closure is scheduled to be in place until June 24, 2023.
  • Access to and from Ohio Street at Plato Boulevard will be limited.
    • No access to Ohio Street from westbound Plato Boulevard.
    • No access to eastbound Plato Boulevard and Wabasha Street.
  • Business and driveway access will be maintained. Temporary interruptions in access may occur.
  • Pedestrian and bike trail on the north side of Plato Boulevard between Wabasha Street and Ohio Street will be closed and detoured to sidewalk on the south side.

Plato Boulevard Eastbound Closure 6/26 – 11/15

  • Starting Monday, June 26, 2023, eastbound Plato Boulevard will be closed to traffic between Wabasha Street and Ohio Street. This closure is scheduled to be in place until November 15, 2023.
  • Westbound Plato Boulevard between Wabasha Street and Ohio Street will remain open to one-way traffic.
  • Local business access:
    • To access businesses on Plato Boulevard between Wabasha Street and Ohio Street, enter from Wabasha Street and use the open westbound lanes of Plato Boulevard.
    • To exit businesses, continue westbound on Plato Boulevard to go eastbound on Water Street to Wabasha Street.
    • Business and driveway access will be maintained. Temporary interruptions in access may occur.
